We are always making sure our clients are completely satisfied with their purchase on ARTSYOMIE.COM to help you “immerse yourself in all that ARTSYOMIE.COM has to offer”, we’ve made our return policy as customer-friendly as possible.

IF YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED

Both in terms of packaging and transport precautions, we do everything in our power to ensure that your artwork is delivered in an excellent condition. Despite all of the measures ARTSYOMIE.COM take, there are exceptions. It may happen that your artwork arrives in a damaged or altered state.
If you notice that the work delivered does not conform with its description, has a defect, or is damaged, you need to inform ARTSYOMIE.COM straight away by sending an email to hello@artsyomie.com. In your email, please indicate the nature of the defect, non-conformity or damage and attach any useful proof, such as photos.

Once the work photos has been received and checked by our team, we will keep you up to date as to whether it can be replaced or restored.
