Orders placed within America are usually delivered in 5 to 7 days. Orders placed within Europe typically take up to 10 days and orders shipped to destinations outside America and to overseas departments usually arrive in 14 days or less.

ARTSYOMIE.COM do not covers the cost of shipping, standard rates will apply depending on the country, measurements and weight of the order. You will be able to obtain the exact amount of these charges by entering your shipping address before placing your order.

Each work is packaged by ARTSYOMIE.COM according to precise specifications in order to guarantee optimal protection during transport. ARTSYOMIE.COM selects the carrier best suited for each type of work. All packages are assigned a tracking number and monitored until signed for.

5. DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

On the day your package is dispatched, you will be notified via email. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a notice will be left so that you can pick it up in the nearest post office or collection point. All packages must be signed for.
